  • What is the dress code?

    • Semi-formal/cocktail (dresses and jackets) but please feel free to come in what makes you feel comfortable!

    • The wedding party colors are green dresses and charcoal suits.

  • Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or out?

    • The ceremony will be held outside (weather permitting) and the reception will be indoors.

  • What time should I arrive?

    • Help us get the party started as scheduled! Please arrive between 3-3:30pm to ensure everyone is parked and seated on time for the ceremony to start at 4pm.

  • Will there be an open or cash bar?

    • We will have a cash bar for the cocktail hour and reception.

  • Will there be a shuttle between the hotel and the ceremony/reception?

    • Yes! Exact timing will be posted at the venue and hotel front desk.

  • Are kids invited?

    • Our wedding is adults only excluding members of direct family/wedding party. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

  • Do I have to stay at the Hotel?

    • Nope! You are welcome to stay anywhere you’d like, but you are invited to attend our welcome party on Friday night if you do book a room at the hotel!

  • Am I invited to the Rehearsal Dinner/Welcome Party?

    • Due to the space limitations of our venue, we unfortunately have to limit the rehearsal dinner/welcome party guest list to those staying at the hotel and members of our wedding party.

    • We will reach out directly to those on the list closer to the day to give details on the rehearsal dinner/welcome party.
